sos de branza

500 g smantana 20% grasime
150 g cascaval
100 g parmezan
100 g branza cu mucegai
patrunjel verde
sare
piper

intr-o tigaie se incalzeste smantana
branzeturile se taie in bucati marunte si se adauga la smantana
se amesteca pana se obtine un sos fin (~10 minute)

ideal pentru friptura de pui
